4 . Accept and believe the way you are !!
Self acceptance is the most important part when it comes in taking care of yourself . Love the way you are and be ready to accept the way you are and focus on your strengths and be your own coach . Full fill the expectations !! when I mention about expectations it’s only about your expectations on yourself may be on completing on short term goals or your life long dream of what you want to be and what you love to do and not the expectations of others on you . Accept and believe the way you are !!
5 . Physical Self Care
You need to deal with your body in the event that you need it to run productively. Remember that there’s a solid association between your body and your brain. At the point when your really focusing on your body, you’ll think and feel better as well. Actual self-care incorporates how you’re powering your body, how much rest you’re getting, how much active work you are doing, and how well you’re really focusing on your actual needs. Take time to focus on your physical body which may result in good body which would help you things more effective and active time to time.
6 . Socialize with people
Socializing is a very big task for introverts like me , but Socialization is vital to self-care . If you don’t like to interact with many people a day it’s okay but have at least a couple of them with whom you can talk without hesitation .Of course, not all relationships are equal. While positive interactions improve health, negative relationships abusive spouses, manipulative acquaintances have a correspondingly negative influence on health. So be careful is choosing between two side . And most importantly be kind to each and everyone regardless of what they have done to you , past is past ! just show them kindness and love back cause we will never know what some one is going through at this time , your small act of kindness can be helpful for them .
7 . Eat well and sleep well
Good dieting has numerous different advantages. At the point when we eat well we rest better, have more energy and better concentration and this all amounts to better, more joyful lives! Smart dieting ought to be a pleasant social encounter. At the point when children eat and drink well they get all the basic supplements they require for appropriate development and advancement, and build up a decent connection with food and other social aptitudes and help them to stay fit in the future also . Eat well even if you don’t like to want to eat. Get at least 6 hours sleep a day , don’t neglect the regular sleep it is very important to give rest to your body each day.
