It’s Okay to drown,

It’s Okay to be mad,

It’s Okay if you are down.

It’s Okay to panic,

It’s Okay to loose belief,

It’s Okay to be weak,

It’s Okay to grief.

It’s Okay to feel numbness,

It’s Okay to feel dreading,

It’s Okay to feel helpless,

It’s Okay to feel shedding.

It’s Okay To Not Be Fine !!

Hey , the lovely one reading this I just wanna say that that you are such a beautiful and amazing soul , if you are feeling that you are not fine It’s Okay to not be fine !! ,Nearly everyone has gone through the same feeling that you are going through so there is nothing to feel ashamed or embarrassed of . When you’re tired, get some rest. When you’re sad, go ahead and cry. It’s okay to take a break. Then one day, there will surely come a day when you’ll be able to run again.. You can never go out once you’re trapped in the past because you can’t even see the door . Great and beautiful moments are in front of you just open the door and enjoy the moment and trust me everything will just be Fine soon ,Take care ❤️️.

  2. Speaks so much to me. I’ve been stuck in rut for weeks now. I think I made it last longer by fighting it. I wasn’t okay, my body was burnout but I just couldn’t stop beating myself up for not being as productive as I want to be. Lately I decided to just met myself for through the emotions and give my body the rest it needs. And I’m feeling better now.
